Haifa is built on a mountain, so the same apartment can be great or impractical depending on slopes, stairs, parking and the view corridor. Many buildings are older, and we check their condition and whether a renewal project is realistic. Neighborhood by neighborhood, rental demand varies a lot.
Good to know
The Carmel ridge neighborhoods, such as Ahuza and Carmel Center, are the established choice. Areas lower on the mountain, and neighborhoods going through renewal, can offer higher yields with more homework.
